TV Series: From long-awaited revivals and sharp comedies to dark thrillers and sweeping historical dramas, February is shaping up to be a standout month for television.

Streaming platforms and major networks are rolling out bold new series alongside the return of beloved favourites, offering something for every kind of viewer. Here are 10 of the most talked-about shows arriving this month—and why they’re worth adding to your watchlist.

1. Vanished

A glossy, sun-drenched thriller with a Hitchcock-style hook, Vanished stars Kaley Cuoco and Sam Claflin as a seemingly perfect couple whose lives unravel during a train journey through France. When Claflin’s character mysteriously disappears, Kaley Cuoco’s desperate search reveals a dangerous double life. Set against the picturesque backdrop of southern France, the series blends romance, suspense and paranoia in equal measure.
Premieres 1 February on MGM+ (US) and 27 February on Prime Video (UK).

Bruno Calvo

2. The ’Burbs

Comic horror gets a modern twist in this series inspired by the 1989 cult film. Keke Palmer and Jack Whitehall play new parents who move to a suburb that claims to be “the safest town in America.” Naturally, things aren’t as perfect as they seem. With eccentric neighbours and a creepy abandoned house at the centre of the mystery, The ’Burbs leans into satire, scares and sharp humour.
Premieres 8 February on Peacock (US).

3. How to Get to Heaven from Belfast

From Derry Girls creator Lisa McGee comes another witty, female-driven story—this time with a mystery twist. Three lifelong friends reunite after learning of the death of a former classmate, only to discover the body at the wake isn’t hers. What follows is a fast-paced blend of dark humour, emotional reckoning and intrigue, all anchored in McGee’s trademark dialogue and character work.
Premieres 12 February on Netflix worldwide.

4. Dark Winds – Season 4

One of television’s most consistently praised crime dramas returns. Set within the Navajo Nation in the 1970s, Dark Winds continues to explore justice, tradition and morality through the eyes of Lieutenant Joe Leaphorn. This season expands its scope to Los Angeles while retaining its eerie atmosphere and cultural depth, drawing once again from Tony Hillerman’s novels.
Premieres 15 February on AMC and AMC+ (US).

Christopher Barr

5. 56 Days

This intense thriller strips away its pandemic origins to focus on obsession, secrets and violence. After a whirlwind romance, a body is discovered in an apartment, and the story unfolds through fractured timelines that slowly reveal what really happened. Backed by horror heavyweight James Wan, 56 Days promises relentless tension and unsettling twists.
Premieres 18 February on Prime Video internationally.

6. Paradise – Season 2

Blending political intrigue, survival drama and mystery, Paradise returns with Sterling K Brown’s character leaving the safety of an underground city to search for his wife in a devastated world above. With flashbacks, new characters and shifting perspectives, the series deepens its emotional stakes while expanding its post-apocalyptic universe.
Premieres 23 February on Hulu (US) and Disney+ (UK).

7. The Fall and Rise of Reggie Dinkins

Tracy Morgan and Daniel Radcliffe headline this mockumentary-style sitcom about image, ego and redemption. Morgan plays a disgraced former NFL star seeking a comeback, while Radcliffe portrays the struggling filmmaker tasked with reshaping his story. Created by veterans of 30 Rock, the series promises sharp satire and character-driven comedy.
Premieres 23 February on NBC and 24 February on Peacock (US).

8. Scrubs (Revival)

Fans of the iconic hospital sitcom can rejoice. Zach Braff returns as JD, now older, wiser—and still sarcastic—as he reunites with Turk and the rest of the Sacred Heart crew. Rather than a reboot, this revival blends nostalgia with new characters, exploring friendship, ageing and medicine with the show’s familiar heart and humour.
Premieres 25 February on ABC and 26 February on Hulu (US).

9. The Gray House

Set during the American Civil War, this ambitious historical drama tells the true-inspired story of women who secretly spied for the Union from within the Confederacy. Featuring Mary Louise Parker and a strong ensemble cast, the series combines espionage, personal sacrifice and period spectacle, underscored by a contemporary-flavoured soundtrack.
Premieres 26 February on Prime Video worldwide.

10. Love Story: John F Kennedy Jr and Carolyn Bessette

Ryan Murphy’s latest miniseries revisits one of America’s most scrutinised couples. Focusing on both romance and conflict, the show explores fame, pressure and tragedy, while sparking debate about the line between storytelling and exploitation. Its release is already generating controversy—and attention.
Premieres later in February.

Whether you’re in the mood for laughs, suspense, nostalgia or historical drama, February’s TV slate delivers variety and ambition. With major stars, acclaimed creators and bold storytelling on display, this month proves that television’s new year is starting strong.
