UHAS Open Applications for 2025/2026: Applications have officially opened for the 2025/2026 Undergraduate Sandwich Programmes, offering prospective students the opportunity to advance their education while balancing work and other commitments.
The Sandwich Programme is specially structured to provide flexible academic training for working professionals and individuals seeking career progression without disrupting their professional responsibilities.

Available Schools and Programmes
Applications are currently being accepted into the following schools:
- Fred N. Binka School of Public Health
This programme equips students with essential public health knowledge and skills to address emerging health challenges, promote disease prevention, and strengthen health systems at various levels. - School of Nursing and Midwifery
Designed for nurses and midwives seeking academic advancement, this programme focuses on enhancing clinical competence, leadership capacity, and professional practice. - School of Allied Health Sciences
This programme targets allied health professionals who wish to upgrade their qualifications, broaden their expertise, and improve service delivery within the healthcare sector.
Application Deadline
The deadline for submission of applications for the 2025/2026 Academic Year is February 20, 2026. Applicants are encouraged to apply early to avoid delays and ensure that all required information is submitted on time.
Instructions to Applicants
Applicants are required to obtain an UHAS Admission Electronic Voucher (E-Voucher) before starting the online application process. The E-Voucher can be obtained through any of the following methods:
A. Obtaining E-Voucher via Short Code (USSD)
- Dial *920*224*1#
- Select “Admissions”
- Select “Confirm”
- Follow the on-screen instructions
- Receive your E-Voucher (Serial Number and PIN) via SMS
B. Obtaining E-Voucher via Mobile Money (All Networks) or Credit/Debit Card (MasterCard & Visa)
- Click on “Buy Serial/PIN Using Mobile Money or Credit/Debit Card”
- A pop-up window will appear for you to enter your details
- Complete the payment platform form and select your preferred Mobile Money Network or Card Payment Option
- Click Submit
- An SMS and/or email containing your E-Voucher details (Serial Number and PIN) will be sent to you
- The details will also be displayed on the Admissions Login Page
NB: If you do not receive your Serial Number and PIN after payment, kindly click “Retrieve E-Voucher Bought” on the admissions portal.
C. Obtaining E-Voucher from Ghana Post
Applicants may visit any branch of Ghana Post nationwide to purchase the UHAS Admission Electronic Voucher.
D. Obtaining E-Voucher from Banks
The UHAS Admission Electronic Voucher can also be purchased from the following banks:
- GCB Bank
- Agricultural Development Bank (ADB)
- Zenith Bank
Application Procedure
- Log on to the Online Admissions System using your Serial Number and PIN
- Carefully follow the steps on the online application platform to complete your application
- Applicants are not required to post hard copies of the online application form
Note:
Postgraduate applicants are required, in addition to the above, to attach two (2) referee reports during the application process.
