Step-by-Step Application Process
1. Purchase Application Codes
Applicants are required to purchase application vouchers at a cost of One Hundred and Fifty Ghana Cedis (GH₵150.00) from any branch of Agricultural Development Bank (ADB) or GCB Bank Plc.
Each voucher contains a unique PIN and Serial Number needed to access the online application portal.
2. Provide Valid Contact Information
Ensure you have:
- A dedicated personal phone number
- A valid personal email address
Applicants are advised not to use the email addresses of relatives or friends, as all official communication will be sent directly to the applicant.
3. Prepare Your Address Details
Have your residential address and Ghana Post Digital Address readily available before starting the application.
4. Access the Online Application Portal
Using the PIN and Serial Number from your voucher, access the application form via:
https://healthtraining.gov.gh
The portal can only be accessed with valid application credentials.
5. Complete the Application Form Carefully
Follow all instructions provided on the portal and carefully fill in all required sections once the application window is open.
6. Track Your Application Status
Applicants can use the same PIN and Serial Number to monitor the status of their application throughout the admission process.
7. Interview Invitation
Only applicants who meet the admission requirements will be shortlisted and invited to attend a competitive interview at their chosen Health Training Institution.
8. Seek Assistance if Needed
Applicants who require help may visit any nearby Health Training Institution for guidance. However, the Ministry cautions that incorrectly completed forms may affect admission outcomes.
